Explore Who We Are
-
What do we do?
Our business opens the door for opportunity for small business owners, craftspeople, and artists to sell within an ecological setting that promotes environmentalism, community comfort, and economic benefits.
How do we do it?
By establishing venues with ready-made structures, building paved walkways for easy strolling, water fountains for free access to clean water, and large gardens with trees and vine arches for shade.
Why do we do it?
We are passionate about this because we know our community, local craftspeople, patrons, and environment all deserve this level of commitment to them that is seldom given. We embed empathy and intertwine environmentalism into every possible facet of our business in order to maximize our impact against various challenges.

THE PLOT LLC’s mission is to give locals the opportunity to platform themselves and showcase or sell their work without being priced out. We serve the;
Artisan, craftsperson, hobbyist sharing their passion.
Small business eagerly discovering a passerby.
Horticulturalist maintaining the ornate gardens for local wildlife.
Patrons intrigued by goods, the scenery, or the feeling of meeting someone new.
This is more than a venue. It is a node of connection between community, commerce, and nature. Blended to maximize the benefits of each and share it amongst all within reach.

Venue Environment
THE PLOT LLC is a shaded, open‑air artisan square that transforms underutilized land into a walkable marketplace surrounded by native gardens, pergola vendor structures, pathways, and community rest areas. Pergola units and open‑air plots give artisans, craftspeople, growers, and small businesses an affordable place to showcase their work, while visitors explore shaded seating, curated plant life, pollinator habitats, produce‑bearing plants, and free water fountains designed for comfort in Oklahoma’s climate. The piazza (square) remains open to the public even outside vendor hours, functioning as a community refuge where families, teens, and neighbors can gather, relax, and enjoy the ecological landscape.
The venue’s atmosphere evolves throughout the year with rotating décor and themed events — including holidays, industries, colors, and additional cultural or history‑themed events. Décor sourced from local artisans shifts with each theme, creating fresh visual experiences and predictable spikes in foot traffic. Seasonal lighting, pergola decorations, and garden accents transform the space into a dynamic destination that blends commerce, ecology, and culture. Together, these elements make THE PLOT LLC a year‑round artisan marketplace, a shaded garden plaza, and a community‑aligned public space built to uplift local creators and beautify the city.

THE PLOT LLC is grassroots, community‑built project. Everything here — the pergolas, the gardens, the walkable layout — is being created step‑by‑step with local support. We’re not backed by a corporation or large developer; we’re building this the same way our vendors build their craft: with care, intention, and community involvement.
Because of that, we welcome contributions from people who believe in what this space is becoming. Donations don’t go to overhead or profit — they go directly into expanding the marketplace, improving vendor infrastructure, and growing the gardens that make this place special. It’s an investment in a shared space that supports local artisans, growers, and small businesses.
If you choose to contribute, you’re helping create a venue that gives makers a place to thrive — and your support becomes part of the environment itself. However, this is entirely at your discretion.
